​Holly Brisby-King
Preconstruction Manager

Holly joined the Roby Commercial team in March 2023.  Born and raised in southern California, Holly graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering Technology.  She received her Engineer-in-Training certification in 2001.  Her first internship in construction was under a Chief Estimator, and fellow Cal Poly Pomona alum, at a southern California general contractor.  After starting that internship, Holly knew she wanted to be a career estimator.

Since graduating from Cal Poly Pomona, Holly has worked at various general contractors, subcontractors, and with an Owner’s rep for the USACE.  Her largest project worked on to date was for the Chandler Fire Administration Building in Chandler, AZ, where she helped keep project budget and design development within Chandler Fire’s $56 million budget.
Holly is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Charlotte Chapter #121.  She and her husband, Sean, are happy to call Charlotte home since moving here in 2012.
