Overview:
The Park-N-Shop grocery store, rich with history and loved by many longtime Charlotteans, has been saved and rebranded as Park-N-Workshop. Converted into modern office space, the exterior shell of the building remains the same and celebrates its unique architecture, distinctive sloped roof and steel arches that made it a very recognizable landmark on Wilkinson Blvd in the 1950s and 60s. The glass windows on the front of the building are reflective of a grocery store entrance and pay homage to the building’s original purpose. The interior is home to 5,000 to 6,000 sq ft custom office suites with a central common area for all businesses.
