​Patrick Macisaac

Patrick graduated from Clemson University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management. After college, he moved to Charlotte and worked for Ferguson Enterprises, ultimately as a Branch Manager. He joined the Roby Family of Companies in 2010. For more than five years, he served as the General Manager and Vice President of the company’s electrical division (Roby Electric), and was promoted to President in 2015. Under Patrick’s leadership, the company acquired W.H. Hobbs Plumbing in spring 2018, and merged the plumbing business with its existing electrical and handyman business units. The following fall, heating and cooling services were added. The company rebranded to Roby Services and today, under one umbrella, offers residential and commercial electrical, handyman, HVAC and plumbing services.

In addition to Roby Services, Patrick also leads Roby Commercial, the company’s commercial construction arm. After recognizing a need in the commercial construction industry for full service mechanical, electrical and plumbing companies on large commercial projects, the two businesses work harmoniously to provide customers with exceptional service and quality results.

Active in the industry and community, Patrick is a past president and current board member of Charlotte Succession, a nonprofit focused on personal and community development through leadership and service. He is also an active member of Carolina Built and Charlotte Bridge Foundation where he is currently serving as the organization’s Scholarship Chair. He is a past president of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Charlotte. While in this role, he was awarded the NARI Chapter President Award and the John Quaregna Award for Young Remodeling Professionals.
